A personal introduction of the caregiver to a client always occurs and either a care manager or owner is present.

Furthermore, caregivers employed at Enterprise Home Care Partners, Inc., are carefully screened through a rigorous, multi-step process, and all are bonded and insured. Clients and caregivers are matched using specific criteria, which are discussed at length during the initial home care assessment and in-home safety check. And, we send the same caregivers for each visit—no one new enters the home until a personal introduction occurs with a care manager or owner present.

Only caregivers who pass our multi-step employment procedure, orientation and training are employed by Enterprise Home Care, Inc.

Staff are trained through the comprehensive Caregiver Training System; which conducts courses on a wide range of senior care certifications.  Segments include education in the aging process and instrumental activates of daily living; nutrition and body systems; appropriate conduct and communication; promoting and maintaining mobility and independence; and understanding chronic conditions, to name just a few.
