Now that you have decided that Enterprise Home Care is right for you, you probably have some questions about becoming our client. Here is a brief overview of the process.

Our goal is to take care of the senior who is in need, but in doing so, we want you and your family to feel comfortable and at ease. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Below you will find a brief summary of our assessment process

A free in home assessment is performed to discover and understand the senior’s condition. Every person that we care for is unique, with a different set of needs; we appreciate that and do our best to tailor our care to those needs.

• Once the in home assessment in completed, our RN will do his/her own assessment, assuring the senior is at a level where in home care is the most appropriate solution.
• If you and your family decide you want to move forward with our services, we will accompany your new caregiver to your house for an introduction. 

    PAYMENT METHOD 

Payments are taken on a bi-weekly basis.

• Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• Direct Debit – We can receive payment automatically from your checking account.
• Cash Payments to the office

     No personal checks accepted
